Refund & Return Policy
Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery, for defective items only.
At HuntHide, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@hunthide.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos (or video) showing the problem. In these cases, we'll offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or used; items returned without proof of purchase; requests made more than 30 days after delivery; or change of mind / incorrect size chosen by the customer.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
